Persephone is a British-born chef, recipe creator and blogger. She moved to Australia six years ago and found it to be the ideal place to pursue a path in the ever evolving food industry. After completing a food styling course at RMIT lead by the renowned Olivia Sparks, Persephone has gone on to develop a series of her own recipes and relationships with the food industry.
Spending time in South East Asia and Europe soaking up the sights, sounds and smells had profound effect on Persephone. Travel and learning about different food cultures continues to influence Persephone’s style of cooking.
