After recently cutting down on my meat intake by about 90%, I found myself wandering the shops struggling to find vegetable-packed, non-processed, non-soy-based vegetarian convenience foods. Even as a chef I enjoy convenience foods from time to time, but was pretty shocked by some of the ingredients in what’s available...and I’m not about that life. I love the idea of being able to help you out by providing nourishing, nutritious vegetarian foods, conveniently delivered straight to your door! I have also made sure I made products that are super versatile, so you don’t need to make the same meal over and over.
