By purchasing from persephonespantry.com you are agreeing to all conditions set out below.
Delivery, Packaging and Ownership
1.1. Delivery is only available to addresses as designated on the map found on persephonespantry.com
1.2. Authority to leave is required for all orders.
1.3. We deliver throughout the day on the nominated delivery day(s). Unfortunately, due to the nature of our operations we cannot commit to a delivery window. We will try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, any special delivery requests.
1.4. If you will not be at home at the expected delivery time, we recommend you nominate a cool, safe place for delivery of your order during the checkout process. If you do not provide a specific place for delivery, our driver will leave your order outside the entrance to your property (generally at the front door).
1.5. Ownership of the Goods will transfer to you once we have delivered to your nominated address. You will be responsible for your order from the time we deliver the Goods to the nominated address.
1.6. Payment for Persephone’s Pantry food products does not include cooler bag or cooling materials. These remain property of Persephone’s Pantry and must be returned in clean and undamaged condition via an organised collection by Persephone’s Pantry. Failure to do so will result in the replacement cost of these items ($20.00) and a service fee ($10.00) being charged to the customer.
1.7. We will aim to deliver on the day specified at the time of order. However, if an event occurs that is beyond our reasonable control, then we may not be able to do so and will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay. In this instance, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible.
2.1. Persephone’s Pantry applies the highest standard of hygiene and takes into consideration the prevention of cross-contamination with high-allergen products such as gluten, tree nuts etc. However, the Goods are produced in an environment that may be contaminated with allergy-prone ingredients. Therefore, Persephone’s Pantry cannot guarantee that the Goods will not contain trace amounts of certain allergens.
2.2. If you have a life-threatening allergy, Persephone’s Pantry advises that you do not consume the Goods.
3. Service and Product Availability
3.1. Our website is only intended for use by people residing in the nominated postal districts within Perth, Western Australia (Service Areas). We do not accept orders from individuals outside of these Service Areas.
3.2. We do not accept orders by phone.
3.3. Persephone’s Pantry takes pride in using the freshest ingredients possible; therefore, ingredients are subject to change due to seasonal availability.
3.4. Persephone’s Pantry will inform you of any major changes to the Goods.
4. Orders and Pricing
4.1. After completing your order process on persephonespantry.com you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. You must advise us of any errors with your order as soon as is reasonably possible so that we can rectify them.
4.2. You must meet the cut-off time stated on persephonespantry.com for the next available delivery time. If you have missed the cut-off time for placing an order on a particular day, we advise you to email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate you where possible.
4.3. The price of the Goods and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our website.
4.4. From time to time, Persephone’s Pantry may need to increase the price of Goods (including delivery). For price variations, Persephone’s Pantry will provide notice by email to previous customers no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.
4.5. Product prices are exempt from GST, as Persephone’s Pantry is not currently GST registered. This is likely to change in the future.
4.6. Payment for all Goods and delivery must be made by credit or debit card during online checkout. Payment by phone is not accepted except under exceptional circumstances.
5. Refunds Policy and Complaints
5.1. Due to food safety regulations, delivered orders are unable to be returned if you simply change your mind.
5.2. In the unlikely event that you have a product issue, we invite you to contact us immediately and we will do our best to reach a resolution with you.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Everything shown on the persephonespantry.com website remains the Intellectual Property of Persephone’s Pantry and must not be used or copied without the written permission of the owner of Persephone’s Pantry.
